Shipping Process

Cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Delayed Deliveries

Occasionally, unforeseen delays (due to weather or peak seasons) may extend delivery times. If your package hasn’t arrived within 9 business days (Monday to Friday), please allow an additional 3 business days. If you still haven’t received it, contact our customer service for assistance.

Returns

1. Eligibility:

   We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
   We don't accept returns for baby products.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

   • Personalized and custom-made products.

3. Return Process:

   To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@joyfulbabygoods.com.
   For a return to be eligible, the item(s) must be in unused, unassembled, like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

   No restocking fees, no charges. We will process refunds.

   You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your request, containing additional details about the process.

   Upon approval, you will receive return shipping labels and comprehensive instructions. Approved returns must be sent back before the 30-day return period expires.

   For returns via freight truck, we will need a photo from you before authorization. This can be a simple photo taken with your cell phone, serving as a "before" snapshot in case of any transit damage.

   Ensure your return is well-packaged in both the original outer and inner packaging to minimize damage, and include all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc.

   All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

4. Return Shipping:

   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

1. Refund Processing:

   Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
