We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
We don't accept returns for baby products. -

Return Process:

For a return to be eligible, the item(s) must be in unused, unassembled, like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.No restocking fees, no charges. We will process refunds.
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your request, containing additional details about the process.
Upon approval, you will receive return shipping labels and comprehensive instructions. Approved returns must be sent back before the 30-day return period expires.
For returns via freight truck, we will need a photo from you before authorization. This can be a simple photo taken with your cell phone, serving as a "before" snapshot in case of any transit damage.
Ensure your return is well-packaged in both the original outer and inner packaging to minimize damage, and include all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
